More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this recent photograph drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had created ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and features a key detailing different areas of the estate.

Alongside this are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for boat shelters.

Further images disclosed as part of the continuing oversight release.
